All nominations are first reviewed by the NEC screening committee to ensure eligibility, completeness, and alignment with award criteria.

Domain experts and industry leaders assess shortlisted nominations based on merit, performance, leadership, and impact.
Awardees are selected solely by the independent jury, and all decisions are final and binding.
